Tropical Berry Smoothie

Makes 2 Servings  |  Total PREP Time: 10 minutes


•½ cup unsweetened almond milk

½ cup orange juice

1 medium mango, peeled, pitted, diced (about 1 cup)
(or substitute frozen mango chunks)

1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries and blueberries)

½ medium banana

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract


Place the unsweetened almond milk, orange juice, mango, mixed berries,
banana and vanilla extract in a blender with a few ice cubes. Pulse to emulsify.
