The Countdown to #ZINCON is on!

It’s one of our favorite times of the year! #ZINCON is the annual gathering of Zumba® instructors from across the world. For four days, the Zumba® crew takes over Orlando, Florida. We take master classes. We earn new specialty licenses. We have one-of-a-kind performances. And, there’s a surprise around every corner!

If this is your first ZINCON, get ready for an unforgettable experience. Here are some tips to prepare for #ZINCON 2018!

Pack carefully! In addition to plenty of changes of clothes and lots of Zumba® Wear, you’ll want to have a backpack, water bottle, and hand towel with you. The convention center is massive, and you don’t want to have to run back and forth to your hotel room. Don’t forget to write your name any Zumba® bags, towels, etc.!

But, leave some room. ZINCON offers a MASSIVE Zumba® Wear shop, with all the latest styles plus classic looks in our outlet store. You’ll definitely want to leave room in your bag to come home with more than what you left with.

Bring more than one pair of sneakers. Alternating your shoes is a way to keep tired feet from becoming sore feet, and we promise – we’ll keep you moving all weekend long!

Be ready to network, network, network! You’re going to meet instructors from all over the world, and one of the best parts of ZINCON is making new friends. You’re sure to run into folks from your local Zumba® community, too – and it’s always helpful to have more Zumba® friends to dance and partner with.

Keep an eye out. Beto Perez, Zumba®’s fearless leader, is known for walking around convention and taking selfies with everyone he meets. And, with celebrity surprises around every corner, you just never know who you’ll run into at ZINCON!

Save your energy. From the Fitness Concert on Friday night to the Theme Party to the closing session, you don’t want to miss ANYthing. Make sure you pace yourself and take time out for rest so you can go the distance
