Our Favorite Grammys 2018 Moments!

Music’s hottest artists took the stage last night in celebration of the 60th Annual Grammy Awards. The 2018 show was a special one, as it took place in New York City’s Madison Square Garden for the first time in 15 years. A show in the Big Apple can only mean one thing: spectacular moments! Here are two of our favorites.

Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee Sing ‘Despacito’

It’s only fitting that one of the most globally recognized songs of all time also became the most tweeted-about song of the Grammys. Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee slayed their performance of ‘Despacito’, proving once again that this hit is here to stay! If you don’t see why this is a big deal, let us ask you this. Did you know that less than a dozen Latin artists have performed live at the Grammys in the last 30 years? Congratulations to our friends for a killer Grammys moment.

Bruno Mars and Cardi B Perform ‘Finesse’

Here’s an artist who always makes us get up and dance. There’s something irresistible about his music that is impossible to ignore. We are obsessed with Bruno Mars’s remix of ‘Finesse’ featuring Cardi B and the fact that the music video is a nod to ‘90s sketch comedy show ‘In Living Color’ is giving us all the nostalgia feels. Their live performance continued to play on that theme and we were so, so here for it. Congratulations to Bruno Mars for taking home SIX Grammys!

We can’t talk about the 2018 Grammy Awards without mentioning the incredible and widely talked-about performances by Kesha, Lady Gaga, Kendrick Lamar, Shaggy and Sting (what a duo!), and U2. It was an epic night and we can’t wait for next year.
