We wish we could watch #ZUMBAxMDCDANCE videos all day long (and we totally won’t judge you if that’s exactly what you choose to do today)! The songs are awesome, the moves are fierce, and the dancers are #goals. What more could you ask for?
You probably recognize this song from your favorite Zumba® class, but the dancers from Millennium Dance Complex are giving it a remix. We’re talking about ‘Hula Hoop’ – the massive reggaeton hit by Daddy Yankee. We gave the song to MDC Dancers Brinn Nicole, Willdabeast Adams and Kenny Wormald, and Zumba fam Dahrio Wonder, Kreesha Turner, Mauricio Camargo, and Cat Chiemelu to see how they were inspired to move and the result is on fire! Watch them dance it out!
Want those steps broken down for you a bit further? Cat Chiemelu shows you how it’s done, just below.
