Can 28 Days Change You? Join This Fitness Challenge To Find Out

Day after day and year after year, it can be difficult to find new ways to test our limits. Whether we have too many time constraints, are super comfortable in our current routines, or are too afraid to try something new, there is always an excuse for staying within our comfort zones. But stepping out of that comfort zone can truly be life changing. New experiences help us to grow mentally, emotionally, and physically and give us the opportunity to constantly learn something new about ourselves. But before diving into something new head first, we recommend a trial period. And that’s why we are all about challenges.

Joining a challenge is an excellent way to test new waters with a totally doable commitment (usually just a few weeks of your time and dedication). Plus, committing to a group challenge can help you be more accountable, feel more supported, and remain motivated enough to complete the task at hand. And, at the end of your challenge, you’re likely to reap some legitimate rewards that will inspire you to turn this newfound lifestyle into a daily habit. That’s something we can get on board with.

This is why we’re inviting you to crush your 2018 fitness goals by joining our 28 Day STRONG by Zumba® Challenge. See what can happen when you try this high-intensity, music-led workout for one month. When you join the #SBZx28 Challenge Facebook group, you’ll get a workout calendar, nutrition tips, daily motivation, and a community of support to let you know we’re all in this together! You’ll be amazed how far the music in this workout can push you.

Ready to start something new? Click here to join the #SBZx28 Facebook group. The challenge launches February 5th and this group will keep you notified every step of the way. February is going to pass you by anyway – why not make it your best month, and best year, yet?
