Day after day and year after year, it can be difficult to find new ways to test our limits. Whether we have too many time constraints, are super comfortable in our current routines, or are too afraid to try something new, there is always an excuse for staying within our comfort zones. But stepping out of that comfort zone can truly be life changing. New experiences help us to grow mentally, emotionally, and physically and give us the opportunity to constantly learn something new about ourselves. But before diving into something new head first, we recommend a trial period. And that’s why we are all about challenges.
Joining a challenge is an excellent way to test new waters with a totally doable commitment (usually just a few weeks of your time and dedication). Plus, committing to a group challenge can help you be more accountable, feel more supported, and remain motivated enough to complete the task at hand. And, at the end of your challenge, you’re likely to reap some legitimate rewards that will inspire you to turn this newfound lifestyle into a daily habit. That’s something we can get on board with.
