Your favorite fitness instructors do it all because of and for you! There’s no better motivation than knowing someone is waiting for you at the gym or in the studio. If you’re just getting started, find a class and introduce yourself to the instructor. If you find someone you like, become a class regular. You’re sure to form a bond that will go past those studio walls.
