January. Who likes January? I mean really LIKES January. It’s cold, it’s wet, it’s dark. January’s no fun. January can bring on the blues. With New Year’s resolutions in full swing, people tend to want to get more active in January, which is the good news. Problem is a lot of folks think they have to give up the things they love and have less fun in order to look and feel healthy. Let’s change that, shall we?
